Unitarian Church in Glasgow Scotland has a few things in Common with Mountain
Light. For instance, we're both about the same size.
Where Mountain Light is a new congregation, Glasgow Unitarian was established in 1810 !
Overall, we probably have lots in common with one another and recently we've given some thought to exploring the values we share in common.
So, to avoid those tricky gender terms UU's love to avoid, we've decided to be cousins... and actually some of us may be. When it was first discussed in a Sunday morning service someone asked how many folks there had family from Scotland in the near or distant past and about two-thirds of the congregation gathered that morning said they did.
So if you're reading this from Glasgow, welcome to our online community.
